Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI GIF Gen at aigifgen.com, including Text to GIF, Image to GIF, account features, storage and downloads, credits, payments, and support services.

Current purchases are one-time Credit Packs listed on the pricing page, with no recurring charge.

In these Terms, "AI GIF Gen," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this website and service.

By using the service, creating an account, submitting content, starting a generation, purchasing credits, or downloading generated content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the Service Provides

AI GIF Gen creates animated GIFs through two workflows, available from the homepage workbench and their dedicated pages:

• Text to GIF: describe a subject and movement, then choose quality, canvas shape, playback speed, and an optional visual style. This workflow uses GPT Image 2.6 Flare and nine frames. The default settings are Medium quality, a square (1:1) canvas, and Standard playback speed at 200 milliseconds per frame.
• Image to GIF: upload one JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 10 MB and describe how it should move. This workflow creates a 3-second animation and converts it to a GIF at 12 frames per second. The starting image determines the canvas shape.

Review the displayed credit cost before submitting either workflow. GIF files do not contain sound. The service provides generation history, previews, downloads, and account credits.

Gallery media are curated motion references, not a promise that a generation will reproduce those examples.

We do not guarantee that every task will succeed or that every result will be unique, accurate, commercially suitable, or available indefinitely.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law, sanctions, payment-network rules, or our policies.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and billing information.
• Keeping your login credentials and account secure.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Ensuring that your images, URLs, and other submitted content may legally be used by you.
• Contacting us promptly if you believe your account or payment method has been used without permission.

Some features require an authenticated account, sufficient credits or another eligibility condition shown in the interface. You may create an account with email and password or sign in with Google where that option is shown.

User Content

"User Content" includes text and motion prompts, uploaded starting images, image URLs, generation settings, support messages, and other material you submit to the service.

You retain any rights you already have in User Content. You grant the operator of AI GIF Gen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, modify, display, and send User Content to service providers as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You represent that:

• You own User Content or have all permissions needed to submit and process it.
• Your use of User Content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
• You have permission to depict any identifiable person whose likeness you request in generated content.
• You have the necessary rights to protected characters, brands, and other material described in your prompts or added to your creative project.
• You will not submit highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, or illegal material, including government identifiers, financial account details, or medical records.
• Your User Content and requested output comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Generated Content

"Generated Content" includes animated GIFs, previews, files, metadata, and other output created through the service from User Content and selected settings.

Generated output does not automatically grant rights to third-party characters, brands, or likenesses. You are responsible for checking the rights required for your intended use.

Subject to these Terms, your payment obligations, applicable law, and relevant provider policies, you may use Generated Content for personal or commercial projects. However:

• AI-generated output may resemble output created for other users.
• We do not guarantee originality, copyrightability, trademark availability, non-infringement, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or relying on it.
• You must not present deceptive AI-generated media as authentic evidence or use it to impersonate, defraud, harass, or violate the rights of another person.
• An AI-generated animation does not prove that a depicted person performed an action or endorsed the content. Do not misrepresent it as a real recording or claim an endorsement you do not have.
• Subjects, movement, and visual details may contain errors. Review the full animation before sharing.
• Platform, model, destination-service, or local-law rules may impose additional restrictions on your use.

We may restrict or remove access to content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Credits and Generation Costs

The credit cost is shown in the workbench before you submit a generation:

• Text to GIF: Low costs 6 credits, Medium 10, High 16, Extra high 30, and Maximum 60. Playback speed, canvas shape, and visual style do not change the cost.
• Image to GIF: each 3-second GIF costs 10 credits.

New accounts receive 10 welcome credits, valid for 24 hours. These are separate from purchased credits.

One-time Credit Packs are listed on the pricing page. Purchased credits from these packs do not expire. Promotional grants and support adjustments retain the terms shown when they were issued; a purchase does not extend their expiration.

Credits:

• Are digital service units, not cash, stored value, a bank deposit, or a transferable financial product.
• Have no value outside AI GIF Gen.
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
• Do not expire when purchased through Credit Packs; free or promotional credits may have their own expiration.
• May be removed, reduced, or restored to correct billing, refund, chargeback, fraud, abuse, or technical errors.

When the system records a paid generation as failed, the credits consumed by that task are returned automatically. This is a credit return, not a refund to your payment method. A task that completes successfully but produces an unwanted creative result is not treated as a technical failure. AI output is probabilistic, and users should review submitted content, source images, and settings before starting another credit-priced task.

Pricing, Credit Packs, and Promotions

Credit Pack prices, included credits, and any promotional conditions are shown on the pricing page or checkout flow. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout shows another currency. Each purchase is a single payment for the selected pack.

We may change future pack prices, generation credit costs, pack names, features, or promotions. The workbench shows the applicable credit cost before you submit a new generation. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase except where required by law, needed to correct an error, or disclosed in the terms that applied to that purchase.

Promotional codes and credits may have eligibility rules, usage limits, and expiration dates. They may be withdrawn or corrected if issued or used in error, fraudulently, or contrary to the promotion terms.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by the provider shown during checkout. By submitting a purchase, you authorize a single charge to your selected payment method for the selected Credit Pack and any taxes or fees displayed before payment.

For purchases completed through Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake processes the payment and payment-card information under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the account and transaction records needed to deliver purchased benefits, maintain billing records, and handle support, refunds, or disputes. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

You must provide accurate billing information. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may suspend paid access, withhold or remove credits, restrict downloads, or request another payment method.

One-Time Purchases

Credit Packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. No cancellation is needed to prevent further charges. You choose whether and when to buy another pack.

Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund of an unused Credit Pack or a partial refund of its unused purchased credits at the price paid per credit. Used credits are not refundable. Billing and technical issues are reviewed separately, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. See the Refund Policy for details.

Email support@aigifgen.com with your account email and order number. The date you send your request determines whether it falls within the 7-day window; you do not need to wait for our reply before the deadline.

Our separate Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Digital Delivery

The service provides digital delivery only. Purchased credits are normally added to your account after the payment provider confirms a successful purchase. GIFs created through either workflow are delivered through on-site previews, account history, storage URLs, or download controls after processing completes.

Generation and delivery times vary with settings, service demand, provider availability, network conditions, and request complexity. If a paid benefit is not delivered because of a verified technical or billing problem, contact support for review.

Generation History and Storage

Signed-in users can view and download their own successfully completed generation results while the files remain stored, regardless of their purchase history, current credit balance, or the age of the result. Viewing or downloading an existing result does not require a new Credit Pack purchase.

We do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of deleted or otherwise unavailable results. See our Privacy Policy for information about data retention.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, distribute, or support content or activity that:

• Violates applicable law or another person's rights.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
• Contains highly sensitive, confidential, or regulated information, including government identifiers, financial account details, or medical records.
• Contains pornography or other sexually explicit adult/NSFW material, including in submitted content or generated GIFs.
• Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, or depicts minors in sexual or intimate contexts.
• Creates non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content that depicts a real person nude or sexualized without that person's consent.
• Promotes illegal activity, self-harm, terrorism, violent wrongdoing, or hateful abuse.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, deceives, or impersonates another person.
• Facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, malware, spam, or deceptive commercial activity.
• Attempts to bypass content safeguards, payment controls, credit limits, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Interferes with the security, availability, or integrity of the service or its providers.

All NSFW content is prohibited, regardless of the workflow, model, credit balance, or consent of anyone depicted. These restrictions apply whether the material is uploaded, requested as an output, generated, transformed, or distributed through the service.

We may use automated content-safety screening, provider safety controls, and manual review where available. We may block a request, withhold or remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate an account, revoke fraudulently obtained credits, or cooperate with lawful requests where appropriate.

Reporting Content and Appeals

To report content generated through AI GIF Gen that you believe is unlawful, infringes your rights, or violates these acceptable-use rules, email support@aigifgen.com. Include the content URL or task ID if available, a description of the concern, and relevant supporting evidence. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We will review the report and may ask for more information. Depending on the findings, we may remove or restrict access to content, block further requests, warn the user, suspend or terminate an account, or cooperate with lawful requests. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we will inform the reporter of the outcome without disclosing another user's private information. To appeal an enforcement decision, contact the same email address with the decision and the reasons for your appeal.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, AI generation, content safety, storage, payments, email, forms, customer support, analytics, and security.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage restrictions, output rules, and availability limits. We are not responsible for third-party outages, model behavior, policy changes, payment decisions, or network failures outside our reasonable control.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue models, tools, Credit Packs, credit costs, storage behavior, account requirements, or other parts of the service.

We try to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Maintenance, high demand, provider outages, security events, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or technical changes may affect access.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, user interface, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure are owned by their respective operators or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create a competing service from protected parts of AI GIF Gen except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, restrict generations, or revoke credits obtained through fraud or abuse if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or payment risk, harmed another person, or threatened the service or its providers.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or records that must be retained for billing, tax, security, fraud, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that Generated Content will be unique, legally protectable, commercially usable in every context, free from third-party claims, factually accurate, or accepted by any destination platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of AI GIF Gen and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or substitute services arising from use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid through AI GIF Gen during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of the page identifies the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, account interface, or email.

Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
